At Aangan Attire, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we’ve outlined our returns and refunds policy below to make the process as smooth as possible.

We accept returns on all unused and unworn readymade apparel and home decor items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with all original labels and tags still attached, and in its original packaging.

  • Timeline: You can initiate a return within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • Packaging: Please ensure the product is returned in its original packaging with all accessories, labels, and tags intact. We cannot accept returns if these are missing.

  • Final Sale Items: Please note that some items may be marked as “Final Sale” and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. This will be clearly stated on the product page.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer support team at [insert email address or phone number]. Be sure to provide the following information:

  • Your order number.

  • The name of the item(s) you wish to return.

  • The reason for the return.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send your item back to us without first requesting a return.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted for items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Shipping Costs: Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging and shipping your order. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping costs.
