Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days from the date of order receipt. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer both standard and express shipping options.
- Standard Shipping: Delivery is estimated to take 5-7 business days after the order has been processed.
- Express Shipping: Delivery is estimated to take 2-3 business days after the order has been processed.
Please note that these are estimates and delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, shipping carrier delays, or high-volume periods.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Domestic & International Shipping
We currently ship to all locations within India. We are not yet offering international shipping, but are working to make it available soon.
Damages
Aangan Attire is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you believe your package is damaged, we strongly advise you not to accept the shipment from the courier if the packaging appears to be opened or damaged. By accepting an opened or damaged shipment, you release Aangan Attire from any liability for damages. If you received your order damaged despite the packaging appearing fine, please contact us within the stipulated returns timeframe to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the shipping address provided. Aangan Attire is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. We will do our best to accommodate the change, but please note that no changes can be made to the shipping address once an order has been shipped.
